I bought a lotion applicator from Dr Leonard's catalog (drleonards.com) Catalog item # 97938 $5.99 ). It really works and was cheap. The lotion goes in the applicator and it has balls (similar to bearings) that massage it onto your skin. It has a long handle. Check it out.How do you put moisturizer cream on your back by yourself?
put lotion on the back of a paddle type hair brush and apply to back with that.
I use a towel and place it on the towel...then rub back with it.....it also scratches back for you ;)
first squirt a nickel sized dollop onto your finger tips. Then carefully toss it high into the air and quickly bend over. Once it has landed, the force of the landing should disperse the lotion evenly depending on how high you threw it. If not fully coated, thrash about wildly until it is well worked into your skin.

i ask someone to put the lotion and other anti wrinkle cream at my back. This is to insure that it cream will be placed properly.
