Nothing. People would prob. just assume he has athlete's foot and is taking care of it. I think guys should always moisturize. Rough skin is a little nasty, no matter where it is.Do Guys apply cream or moisturizer to their feet? What reaction would a guy get doing this in public?
It would be slightly more weird than a woman doing this in public. Putting lotion on one's hands in public is one thing. Taking off your shoes and socks to put it on your feet crosses the line, unless we are talking a locker room or such.
