I think that is absolutely nuts ! She says she doesn't because there still was quicksilver used in some creams.I'm like wtf.I need arguments to explain her that is bad for the skin.I have a friend who doesn't use cream,moisturizer or cleaning gel.....?
sometimes the skin looks beautiful and is healthy with no cosmetics, but only a few people are lucky like that. i doubt there is quicksilver in some cream, but if you read the labels you can find pretty interesting things there. so it's her skin and you shouldn't force her to use moisturizer I have a friend who doesn't use cream,moisturizer or cleaning gel.....?
Why not treat her (and yourself) to a free facial somewhere? The person doing the facial can explain what is in the products and how/why they work.
I know that Mary Kay gives free facials. You can contact a local consultant by going to www.marykay.com and clicking on the top center link to find an Independent Beauty Consultant. Then all you have to do is enter your zip code. The consultant's information (name and #) should come up on their webpage. Just give them a call and let them know what's going on. If that consultant can't help for some reason ask them if they know someone who can, if not go back to the main Mary Kay page and search for another consultant.

Man i am totally with u! Seriously is she nuts or is she nuts. Everyone knows quicksilver is bad for u but she still uses it.
Anyway u should tell her to stop using it or her face will be the ugliest face in the world!!!
If it works for your friend then let it go.
Your friend will realize later that those products are good for your skin and later on helping your skin to remain soft and smooth, it takes time.
