Male grooming : Eye Cream first THEN Moisturizer or other way round?

Just a quick question, before applying the moisturizer (Hugo Boss tinted), do I put the EYE CREAM (You know reduce puffyness stuff) on BEFORE or AFTER the moisturize?

Eye cream is specialized, so applying it directly to skin seems to be the best way to maximize it's effects. While moisturizer is a generalized skin treatment, so it makes perfect sense to apply it after. Male grooming : Eye Cream first THEN Moisturizer or other way round?
eye cream first because you want the active ingredients directly on your skin... and wait till your eye area is dry from washing first if you use strivectin or something like that. i used to put it on right after washing and i got the tiniest little rash.
first the eye Cream use your ring finger to apply then use the moisturize
